My opinion@Cell phone

Using cell phones must be banned in public places because people who use their cell phones are very noisy. The other day, when I on a bus, a boy got in, using his cell phone. He was listening to music at full blast. Then, a woman got in. She was not using her cell phone. However, when she sat on a seat, the phone rang and she started talking. Many people were annoyed with them. I thought they were very noisy and they didn7t think about other people. If they thought about other people, they would not do like these. So, people should stop using their cell phones in public places.
